The Nike Air Force 1 Low “Silver Snake” originated as part of Nike’s “Concept Japan” collection of Japan exclusive colorways in the early 2000s. Remastered and brought back as a global release in February 2021 by Nike, the “Silver Snake” features the same details and tooling as the version of the shoe that appeared overseas in 2001. Reflective grey leather panels appear on the forefoot, eyelets, collar, and heel. Black leather on the perforated toe, mid-panel, and heel contrast the look. Nike adds snake print leather to the Swoosh branding on either side of the shoe. A black tumbled leather tongue with classic Air Force 1 insignia adds to the silhouette’s timeless design. Finishing touches include black shoelaces, tonal Nike Air embroidery on the back of the shoe, and a white rubber midsole with subtle “Air” branding on the heel. Release date: February 11, 2021.
